Save you picture in .jpg form no larger than 4mb , 1280 W x 1024 H
Go here :

Press "Browse" to locate your picture.
Press "Upload now"
Copy the entire contents of the second box down "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"
Paste the contents from above in your post.
